so i've been messing around with pop and redirect traffic for a while now and honestly it feels like a ghost town sometimes like yeah a few years back it was king but now? seems kinda dead or maybe just not worth the hassle anymore but then again some guys still crushing it with it so im here wondering is it a relic or does it still have legs? i mean the ctrs and cpc are lower but the volumes can still be there if you know what you're doing right? then again the red flags are everywhere with ad networks cracking down and strict policies so do you think its still worth chasing or just move on to newer stuff? anyone still making good $$$ or is it just a waste of time? imho maybe some niches still hold up but for general traffic it feels risky now especially with all the blackhat bans coming through fast. what's your take fam? is it a dead end or a sleeper? also, anyone got stats or proof they're still making decent revs? gotta see the proof to believe it lol
 
I'd say like 70% of the networks are tightening up now. Feels like they're just waiting for blackhat stuff to slip through. Unless you got solid legit traffic, it's probably a gamble. Might as well focus on safer methods honestly.
 
Different angle: maybe pop and redirect traffic aint dead, just evolving. Sure, CTRs and CPCs are down but if you got good targeting and legit traffic sources, it can still work. Networks tightening up makes it riskier but also weeds out the amateurs. gotta keep testing and adapt, might still pull decent revs if you play smart.

Bruh, those red flags are legit. If your main revs are from pop/redirect, better keep a close eye on the bans or it's dead quick. newer stuff might be safer long term, but if you got legit angles and good control, some still making decent bank. just gotta stay smart.
 
Nah, I think that's kinda naive. Bans happen all the time, and yeah they can kill a campaign fast but the real pros already know how to adapt. It's not about just avoiding bans, it's about having legit backups and different angles ready. If you just rely on pop/redirect, you're kinda riding a ticking clock imo.

last month i tested pop/redirect and it still pulls decent conversions. imo, it's all about how you set it up and avoid getting flagged. sometimes old tactics still got legs, just need to tweak the angles.
 
ngl last month i ran a pop/redirect campaign for 3 weeks and kept detailed stats. had a 4.2% CTR and about 1.8% conversion rate. compared to last quarter's data when i used direct links, conversions were 25% lower. still works if you keep it fresh and avoid getting flagged.
