just got an AM ghost to respond with the craziest trick

so, i'm sitting there for like three weeks with my best performing campaign about to expire cuz my AM is literally just vanished, radio silence yeah? tried all the nice guy shit, emails, lols in skype, nothing. so i'm staring at the stats and i remember the one thing these people actually care about - other peoples' stats. i screenshot my performance dashboard from their damn network - the good numbers, redacted the juicy bits obviously - and i paste it into an email for their biggest direct competitor. i don't actually send it, i just take a snip of the draft. i forward my last ignored email to my ghost AM and i attach the screenshot of the email draft to the competitor. subject line: 'sad to move this volume' hit send at like 4pm their time. got a reply in 45 minutes lmao. not just a reply, suddenly he's got an exclusive version of my offer with a 15% lift and 'oh sorry my inbox is broken bro'. the whole thing is just so transparent it's hilarious. so the trick isn't being the best pub, it's making them think you're about to be someone else's best pub. works like a charm.

This is exactly why I hate the "radio silence" nonsense from AMs. If they're worth a damn, they don't just vanish when things get tough. That's when you test, measure, iterate. You don't sit around waiting for them to come back, hoping they'll save your campaign. If they disappear, it's a red flag and you pivot or cut bait. Clinging to dead weight just wastes your time. I've seen way too many newbies get pushed into the "wait and see" trap and watch their ROI evaporate. If your AM isn't responsive, that's a sign to move on, build your own assets, and control your own traffic.

Haha, this is classic. People forget that in affiliate marketing, it's a game of chicken, not patience. The minute you get ghosted, you gotta shake things up or they'll just keep ignoring you. That screenshot move is dirty but effective, especially if they think you're about to jump ship. Just don't forget, the key is tracking and LTV.

man, i feel that. i've been in the same spot where you just wait and hope for a sign. three weeks is a lifetime in bh, especially when the offer is popping. all that nice guy shit, it's like throwing money in the trash. in my experience, if they ghost that long, they're either getting their ass chewed or they're just done. best move is to keep testing, move on, or use a little cloak to keep the offer alive without relying on them. numbers don't lie, waiting around ain't gonna turn that ghost into a reply, you gotta shake the tree or find a new branch.

Honestly, Jungle, I gotta push back a little on that. Radio silence is often a sign of overwhelmed AMs or companies that just don't give a crap anymore. I've seen legit pros go dark because they're juggling a hundred deals or just don't wanna deal with drama. Waiting for them to be perfect or always responsive is a trap. Sometimes you gotta shake the tree, push hard, and if they ghost, you move on.

i gotta push back a little on this one. Playing dirty like that can blow up in your face. Sure, it might get a reply once, but it also risks burning bridges, especially if they catch on. In my experience, real success comes from building trust, not throwing smoke screens. If they go dark, most times they're overwhelmed or just done with the account, not necessarily scheming against you.

Haha, man, I remember back in the day when a ghost meant a missed call, not a vanished AM. That screenshot move is savage, no doubt. But honestly, you gotta pick your battles, right? Sometimes, playing dirty might get you quick wins but burn bridges faster than you can blink. I swear, trust is what keeps the wheels turning long term.

That move is pure industry guerrilla tactics. Works until it doesn't. But hey, sometimes you gotta shake the tree to get the fruit. Just don't get caught or burn too many bridges. GSC, trust is king but quick wins? Cheeky.

Tread lightly with this stuff. I get the frustration with ghost AMs but playing dirty like that is a quick way to get burned. Yeah, it might work once or twice but the risk of burning bridges, losing access, or even getting flagged?

flow, bro, you're missing the point. waiting around like a chump is how you get played. sometimes you gotta do the crazy shit to get their attention, not sit there and hope they reply. game's dirty, gotta play dirty.

honestly, those ghosts are a pain, sometimes you gotta just ghost them back. tricks are hit or miss, but if it works, it's usually short-lived. it is what it is.

smh, if ghosts are such a pain then why bother chasing them? are you sure it's worth the time or just a distraction from real ROI? i'd rather focus on micro-influencers who actually convert, not haunted messages

You sure that ghost is worth chasing if it might just be another fleeting trick? or are you leaving money on the table by not locking in real ROI with proven funnels?

Haha, love the enthusiasm but lets be real - chasing ghosts is like chasing your own tail. if you got a response that actually leads to a sale, maybe but most of that stuff is smoke and mirrors. half the time it's just some weird glitch or a spam bot pretending to be a lead. you wanna ride that wave, make sure it's not just a flash in the pan. otherwise you're just wasting time on a ghost story. been there, done that and got burned. got a feeling that trick won't last long anyway.
