Affiliate Networks & Programs Discussion

Discuss any network or program: payouts, shaving, support quality, payment terms. One thread per network — reviews and complaints go here too.
Alright, I gotta share a quick warning about push notification traffic for offers. I tried rolling with a couple of these push networks a while back thinking it was a quick way to scale, but man it turned into a nightmare fast. Some of the offers I promoted looked legit, but it was just a front for scammy practices. The network I worked with was basically laundering traffic thru some shady third-party vendors and the payout was super inconsistent. I even got flagged for fraudulent clicks that I swear I didn't generate. Ended up losing money and a lot of time for nothing. The thing is these push traffic schemes are often a minefield of scams and bad actors trying to hijack the system. You gotta do your homework and trust your sources or risk throwing money into a black hole. I learned the hard way, but now I steer clear unless I can verify every detail. So if you're thinking of jumping into push notifications for affiliate offers, be very cautious and do your due diligence first. Trust me, I've seen the aftermath of some of these scams firsthand and it's not pretty.

yo so i just signed up for this crypto affiliate thing, supposed to pay in dollars but they kept delaying and then suddenly stopped replying. checked reviews and ppl say the same thing, payout issues and weird hidden fees. feel like i got scammed or just bad network. anyone else had bad luck with these finance crypto offers? honestly, feels like a trap. thinking about dropping it fast before more money vanishes. just my two cents, be careful out there.

just blew a few hundred bucks on a TikTok campaign and got ZERO conversions. Tried to wrap my head around how these CPA networks work with different traffic sources like Facebook and TikTok but honestly it's a mess. Some say just run FB campaigns and push for CPL, then others say TikTok is better but the tracking is nightmare. I swear I spent half the time trying to figure out if my tracking links or pixels were setup right. Paid network claims they support TikTok but the reports never match my actual spend. It's like this whole thing is a guessing game and I'm losing more money than I should be. Anyone here got some solid advice on choosing networks or just how to stop wasting so much testing? I'm tired of throwing cash at stuff that just doesn't convert or even track right.

Alright so I see everyone pushing these high-paying crypto affiliate programs lately, the ones promising like $500 per lead, decided to test one with a solid LP and decent traffic flow from Propeller, ran it for a week, tracked everything meticulously and the numbers just didn't add up, my tracker showed 50 conversions, network dashboard showed 12, contacted the AM and got the usual runaround about 'fraud filters' and 'unqualified leads' but couldn't get a single concrete example Now I'm out like three hundred bucks on traffic and they're holding the commission pending 'review', feels like half these finance networks just use affiliates to fund their own customer acquisition then find any excuse to not pay out, been there, tested that, the EPCs look amazing on paper but if you can't actually get paid whats the point, anyone else run into this or am I just unlucky

bruh so i just realized if u wanna really crush it u gotta look at the data like a hawk. first, check the cr and epc on each offer like every day, if cr drops more than 10 percent from yesterday gotta rotate creatives or try a different geo. then look at the source stats, not just overall, split by device and OS, sometimes android is killing it while ios is dead or vice versa. also pay attention to the flow of clicks, if a bunch of clicks come in but conversions stay flat or drop, time to change the lp or the creative angle. trust the data, don't guess. if u see a sudden spike in CTR but no conversions, maybe the offer's dead or the traffic isn't qualified anymore. just simple stuff but man it's a once u get used to it. totally helps me keep my campaigns profitable instead of just throwing money at randoms.

Hey guys, quick question, has email marketing lost its edge or is it still a solid way to push offers? I've been doing it for a while, mainly solo, with decent results back in the day. Now I see a lot of chatter about how open rates are dropping, spam filters are tighter, and people are moving away from email. But then again, I still see some affiliates smashing it with email. Is it just about better segmentation, or has the whole email game dried up? Maybe I'm missing smth. Curious what your experience is lately. Do you think email still pulls in conversions like it used to or should I start focusing on other channels? Afaik, email's got a kinda cheap, warm audience vibe if you know how to build your list right. Or is it just a relic now?

Lost a chunk last month trying to untangle the tax mess. Turns out some networks push this whole idea that if you don't set aside enough, the IRS will come knocking. Yeah right. I've seen too many guys get stung thinking a quick tax plan or some shady accountant is the answer. Question everything. Most of the time it's just another way to squeeze more from your pocket while you're busy chasing conversions. Don't fall for the hype, do your homework. I'm not saying tax stuff isn't real, just saying check your facts. Too many scams disguised as tax advice out here.

man, I remember the early days when taxes felt like a bonus, not a headache. back then I just threw everything in my personal account and hoped for the best, no crazy tracking or write-offs. now it's a whole different beast, with quarterly estimates, biz expenses, and trying to stay legit in a grey area that keeps getting fuzzier. looking back, it was simpler, more straightforward. these days I keep a dedicated biz account, multiple LLCs, and still feel like I'm walking a tax tightrope. kinda miss those carefree days, but gotta say the numbers have gotten way better once I started treating it like a real business. funny how a little discipline goes a long way, huh?

has anyone actually tracked the roi on outsourcing lead generation to a v.a. beyond just the hourly rate? because i just finished a 3-month test and the numbers are a horror show. i hired two separate teams for a high-ticket home services offer. gave them identical lists, scripts, the whole package. track everything with unique numbers and call tracking. team a shows great initial contact rates, team b looks weak. but then i cross-reference the submitted leads with my crm. duplicate entries across both teams, leads marked as contacted that my call logs show were never dialed, straight-up fake emails. when i compiled the data, the actual cost per verified sql was 4x what they reported. their 'efficiency' was just them gaming my own tracking. so yeah, the hourly rate looked cheap. but paying for fabricated activity in a performance-based model is a special kind of stupid. i have the sheet if anyone wants to see the bleed. cool story, bro.

Alright, let's unpack this. Been messing around with push traffic for affiliate offers for a bit now and honestly I feel like I'm missing a trick. It's got potential, I know that but the quality of leads and conversions is all over the place. Some days I get good response, other days nothing but crickets. And the targeting? Trying to get granular without killing my ROI. Anyone here cracked push traffic for high converting offers and actually cracked the code on consistency? Feels like a shot in the dark sometimes. I'm thinking maybe it's just the offers or maybe the networks are feeding me dead leads. Data beats theory, so I'd love to see some real wins or even bad failures to learn from. Landers? Segments? Timing? Drop your real talk, I'm all ears.

alright I need to get some opinions on this because my numbers are starting to look weird, been running this same wellness SOI offer for months now across three different networks with mostly the same traffic source and landing page, the EPC on network A has consistently been about 30% lower than on B and C even though the traffic quality should be identical based on my tracker postbacks, like I'm talking a solid $0.18 EPC difference which over 50k clicks adds up real quick. Now here's where it gets sketchy, I tested a direct link from network A last week just as a control, no pre-landers just straight to their offer page and my conversion rate magically jumped up by like 15% compared to when I send traffic through my LP with their pixel fired obviously that makes zero sense unless something's off with their tracking or they're counting conversions differently when it comes from an affiliate link vs direct, but my AFM keeps saying it's just 'statistical variance' and that they'd never shave which okay sure but then why is my ROI always in the gutter with them specifically when all other variables are locked. Anyone else done these kind of direct-link versus tracked-link tests lately because at this point I'm starting to think half the 'optimization' we do is pointless if the network backend is just playing games with the numbers.

right, been looking at sweepstakes offers across three different networks. every single one has a different definition for cpl vs soi vs doi, and none of them match what the network two tabs over says. it's like they're purposely trying to make comparison impossible. one network calls any email submit a cpl, another says soi means they confirmed the email themselves, and a third has doi as their basic lead but they also want a phone number half the time. my tracker data is a mess, lmao. anyone actually cracked this code and knows which label actually means 'they clicked the link in the email' or are we all just guessing?

Man I am so confused right now I just wanna find some reliable split testing tools that actually give me real insights but it feels like every damn tool out there is hype or just plain useless I tried a bunch of free ones but the data is so inconsistent I dunno if I should just stick to manual testing or what cause I keep wasting time and money on tools that promise the moon but deliver squat I mean I hear people swear by certain platforms but then I try them and it's like yeah okay but I see no real difference in my conversions smh maybe I am missing something but man I gotta get this split testing thing sorted cause without good data I feel blind in this affiliate game anyone got legit tools or hacks that actually work or am I just doomed to keep guessing here?

Jumping in late here but I gotta say, I think most SaaS affiliate programs with recurring commissions are overrated. I tried a few recently, expecting that steady passive income and all. Turns out most of them have super short cookie durations and churn like crazy. And when you finally do get a customer, the retention rates are shockingly bad, so the recurring income is more like a mirage. It's like chasing a ghost. I honestly think a lot of affiliates get sold on the idea without really checking the nitty gritty of how long they'll actually get paid for.

So I went back to the direct advertiser route after swearing off it last year because of the usual horror stories. Thought maybe I could cut out the middlemen, get better payouts, and finally crack the code. Turns out no, I just burned a chunk of budget on a deal that looked promising but turned into a total nightmare. Payments got delayed, then ghosted, then the advertiser disappeared like a fart in the wind. Now I got a lander that's barely converting and a pile of wasted spend. Tried to negotiate better terms, but they just kept stalling and ghosting. Classic. Honestly, I get why some of you swear by networks. The traffic, the tracking, the support it's all a lot more predictable. Going direct feels like walking into a jungle with no map, and I'm no explorer. Has anyone cracked the code on making direct deals actually work without losing their shirt? Or am I better off just sticking with the familiar network grind and dodging the landmines? Would love some real talk here, not the usual bs. Thanks in advance

Let me see if I understand this. Going direct with an advertiser sounds sweet right? No middleman, higher payouts, more control, right? Wrong. Had a buddy get burned last week, paid out in weird wire transfer, suddenly no more contact, scammy offer that looked legit at first. Numbers wise, going direct can look tempting but if you don't know their payment history, reputation, or track record, you're rolling dice. Networks at least have reviews, stats, escrow, payment timelines, and some even scrub offers before you waste your time. Scammy direct deals can be quick losses and no recourse. SMH. Need a quick answer stay in the network until they prove they're solid, then maybe go direct but with serious vetting. Don't be the next statistic. This industry's got enough bad apples.

ok so i was messing around last night and found a couple shady tricks that could change things up. you know those 'safe' method stories? yeah forget those. ive tried some black hat stuff before but lately these two things actually seem to work without getting caught right away. first one: cloaking landing pages so its super hard for filters or ad platforms to see your real traffic source. its risky but if you do it right the payout goes way up cause youre sneaking past the usual rules. second: smart redirects that switch based on device or location, so your traffic looks legit but get greedy or sloppy and boom, banned. but like, is it worth it? ive seen affiliates make bank quick then poof, account gone, money gone. the thrill though? the adrenaline is real. feels like gambling with your account tbh. its exciting i wont lie but is it sustainable or just a time bomb? funny thing is the less you care long-term the crazier the results now. idk just thinking are we all just risking everything for quick cash or is there some secret to not blowing everything up

man I thought I had this adult CPA game figured out but nah, lost a chunk on a campaign today and it stings. Traffic sources that used to crush are now dead or just plain flaky, offers bounce or pay late or not at all. Tried cloaking, thought it was safe but got banned faster than you can say 'suspicious.' Heatmaps are useless without session recordings, so how do you even optimize adult LPs anymore without guessing? Anyone else feeling like the traffic sources are just feeding you dead ends lately?

Man, I gotta vent about this email stuff. Been running my promos thru email for a couple of months now and honestly I feel like I'm throwing spaghetti at the wall. CTRs are low, opens are even lower, and the weird part is, some campaigns just die on arrival even though they looked good on paper. Like, I'm hitting send and crickets. It's frustrating because I keep hearing email is king for conversions, but maybe I'm doing something wrong or it's just dead? I don't know. Monthly results? Yeah, they suck. I'm getting like 1-2% ctr tops on these offers and the payout just ain't worth the headache anymore. I swear, every other week I gotta reinvent the wheel just to get some kind of traction. Honestly, I don't get why people keep saying email is still viable. Maybe it's just me? Or maybe the inbox is just too saturated now? Whatever, just wanted to put it out there and see if anyone else is feeling this struggle lately. Feels like I'm wasting time chasing ghosts.

Man I gotta vent. Just joined a new CPA network after reading all the hype and surprise surprise they actually pay good. I mean the payouts are nuts compared to what I was used to. No BS delays either. Feels like I stumbled on the secret sauce. Who else is crushing it with fresh networks? Im telling you I wish I started here months ago. Lets share some real finds before the hype dies down.
