Been digging into mobile proxies lately and wow, the prices are crazy compared to datacenter. So I started comparing providers. Some charge like 3-4x more for mobile proxies. Why? I mean, technically they're just mobile IPs, right? But then I realized it's about scarcity, quality and the whole mobile network setup. Mobile proxies are tied to real carrier IPs, which are harder to get and more monitored. Datacenter proxies? Anyone can spin up a server in a cloud and get tons of IPs, so they're cheaper. Providers also gotta pay carriers for those IPs, plus mobile networks keep a tighter grip on what gets accessed. Plus, mobile proxies tend to be less stable sometimes, which adds to the cost for providers to keep 'em working smoothly. I checked some reviews and the better ones really charge premium, but they seem to actually deliver more consistent, less detectable IPs. So yeah, it's kinda an exclusivity thing, plus the technical hurdles. Anyone else noticed this? What's your take on the premium for mobile proxies?
