White hat links that actually scale? Asking for a friend

hey everyone so tired of the same old generic link building tips everywhere. been trying to figure out a real white hat strategy that actually scales - like no huge outreach team needed and definitely no pbn stuff. i've been doing guest posts but tbh outreach feels dead lately takes forever for almost nothing. got like 20 backlinks from guest posts and outreach over 3 months but only 5 survived after google updates. anyone found a method that's sustainable and scalable and not just some shady trick? what's your experience with legit white hat tactics that actually move the needle no penalties or wasting months for tiny results? would love to hear real numbers or tactics that aren't just the usual recycled advice

ngl yeah, I've seen that too. guest posts are a slow grind and the survival rate plummets after updates. imo, niche edits and HARO links can be less risky and scale better if you build a steady pipeline. ymmv tho, no silver bullet in white hat.

tbh nah, I think guest posts can still scale if u hit a consistent pace, like 10-15 a month. did that for a while and saw about a 20% survival rate after updates, which ain't bad

If you wanna scale white hat links, try building a steady stream of niche-specific resource pages and then reach out for backlinks. it's less about one-off guest posts and more about creating legit assets others want to link to naturally. ymmv but this keeps your link profile safe and more sustainable long term.

Careful with thinking there's some magic sauce that scales easy without serious work, most legit white hat stuff takes time and patience and even then survival isn't guaranteed especially after updates but if u push consistent quality and diversify tactics it adds up over time no quick wins here but steady wins the race trust me.

man bruh, honestly id say focus on building up a solid niche blog and keep adding real quality content. once u got some traffic and authority, links from ur own site can boost others easier, no outreach needed. its slow but way more sustainable and less risky with updates. just takes time to get the domain authority up tho

appreciate all the input, guys. niche edits and HARO sound kinda legit, might give those a shot, especially if you can build a steady pipeline. as for resource pages, yeah that's a good move but kinda slow too if you wanna scale without outsourcing a ton. anyone got real numbers on survival rates or growth from these methods?

careful with thinking you can scale white hat links without it feeling kinda spammy, have seen some legit niche edits and outreach work but it takes ages and needs a solid process. how do you usually try to automate or speed it up without losing quality?

Are you trying to do this at scale with outreach or more thru niche edits? Because honestly the outreach white hat links get tricky fast when you try to do them in bulk, especially if you're trying to keep quality

Yeah, for sure, like 80% of outreach gets hard to keep quality when you scale it, especially if you're trying to avoid spammy patterns. That's why niche edits tend to be safer but even they need a good process. Don't forget, no matter how much you scale, quality will always be king or you end up wasting money.

bruh, scaling white hat links without it feeling super shady sounds kinda iffy to me, lol. like, unless u got a legit team and a crazy process, it's probably just gonna look spammy fast. idk man, seems like slow

Scaling outreach without sounding spammy is pretty much impossible unless u got a legit team and a solid process. Ymmv but most just end up with crappy links or flagged accounts.

Most ppl think scaling white hat links is all about volume but honestly, it's about building real relationships long-term, not just blast outreach. Focus on quality guest posts and niche partnerships, ymmv but that's how you get scalable, legit links w/o looking shady.
