Man I remember when affiliate marketing was simpler or so we thought back then. Used to think rev share was the holy grail cause it felt like passive income in the making, you promote and sit back but smh then you realize the payouts are tiny unless you scale crazy and it's slow. CPA was the rush like hit and run, instant payouts, harder to scale sometimes but when it clicked it was golden. Long term I think rev share still has that charm, builds trust, makes the partner feel invested but you gotta really manage your traffic and offer quality or it's dead weight. CPA? fast cash but gotta keep switching offers or the pipeline dries up quick. Nostalgia kicks in thinking about how we used to chase that rev share model cause it felt more legit, less hype but damn the grind was real. Now I see some guys doing both but the key? balancing the risk and reward. Some networks now push rev share only, others push CPA, but man if you wanna last? Learn to do both and adjust fast. That's the real tip I guess, keep your eyes open for the long game but don't sleep on the quick wins either.
