Pop/redirect traffic - still worth or dead in the water?

hey all, need a quick take here. been testing pop and redirect traffic for a few weeks now and honestly im not sure if its still worth the hassle. conversions seem to be dropping and the CPA is creeping up. i know some guys swear by it but im seeing less and less solid results. anyone still crushing with pop/redirect or is it basically dead at this point? appreciate any quick insights, im about to shift gears if its really a sinking ship.

nah, i wouldn't call it dead just yet. sure, the landscape's shifted but if you tweak your fingerprint stack and geo routing right, you can still pull decent results. sometimes it's about being a bit more stealthy, not throwing in the towel. works on paper, but you gotta adapt.

sometimes it's about being a bit more stealth
Stealth is a moving target these days. Been there, burned that, all it takes is one change and your stack gets busted. personally think it's more about volume and frequency now, not sneaking around. If you wanna keep pushing pop and redirect, just accept it's a grind and not a long-term play. When things go south, shifting gears is often the smarter move.

Pop and redirect is still hanging on but not like before. CPA creeping up and conversions dropping? That's the trend in a nutshell.

so, if stealth is the game now, what's your go-to tweak or tool to keep it sneaky? i've seen some guys switching up fingerprint tech but wondering if there's a proven trick lately. just my two cents, stealth feels like chasing shadows sometimes.

i gotta disagree a bit. pop and redirect traffic ain't dead yet if you know how to handle it. sure, it's been getting more sketchy with ad networks cracking down but if you get creative with your landing pages and avoid obvious triggers, you can still pull decent quality leads. the problem is most ppl rely on the same old tactics that got burned out a long time ago. imo it's about thinking outside the box and not just throwing up a bunch of popups and hoping for the best. it's a marathon not a sprint and if you keep testing new angles you can still get some ROI. smh the ones saying it's dead probably gave up too soon or just don't know how to adapt.

But how long can u really keep up that game before the cracks show? if the networks are cracking down harder, what's ur plan B when pop and redirect get rekt for good? u gotta read between the lines - what's ur exit strategy when the well dries up?

pop/redirect traffic is not dead if you know how to play the game right. networks crackdown because they want to squeeze you out, not because the traffic itself is useless. you can adapt with better targeting, smarter LP, and fresh angles.

So if networks are cracking down cause they want to squeeze you out, then what makes you think they won't just tighten the screws even more or shut it all down entirely? how long before that well goes dry and you're stuck with no backup?

If networks crack down and squeeze out pop and redirect, how many of you think there's really a sustainable exit strategy or is it just a matter of riding the wave till it crashes? Facts are facts, this game is temp and if you're not adapting fast enough, you're toast.

How do you build resilience against that
building resilience in this game is like trying to dodge a freight train with a broomstick my friend you gotta diversify your traffic sources constantly experiment with different angles and offers and always keep a backup plan ready cause one day pop and redirect might be king and the next day it's dead in the water you want to stay ahead you gotta stay flexible and never put all your eggs in one basket or you'll end up staring at an empty cart when the network decides to flip the switch the numbers don't lie always test, adapt, and keep your eyes peeled for new opportunities before the landscape shifts again.

pop/redirect traffic? lol. it's like asking if fidget spinners are still cool. yeah, they still work in some niches but you're riding on borrowed time unless you got a really good backup plan. networks are tightening, and i stand corrected if you show me a tracker with consistent profit on pop/redirect over the last 3 months. otherwise it's just another fading trend in the carnival. maybe it's worth trying once in a while but betting the farm on it? nah.

haha, exactly. pop and redirect is like that old fidget spinner that still spins but nobody really wants to admit it's still spinning. networks are tightening, and the wave is crashing. you gotta keep moving or get left in the dust. the key is always having that backup plan ready to cloak the next wave.
