Outsourcing affiliate team - can someone give me a quick rundown?

so I decided to try outsourcing my affiliate team because, honestly, I'm too impatient to train noobs myself. Monthly results? Yeah, I got nada so far. Clients keep promising the moon but deliver dust. Should I keep pumping more into this or just give up and keep doing it solo? Anyone managed to build a semi-reliable team fast or is this just a pipe dream? I need a quick answer cause I'm about to pull the plug.

Been there, bro, it's rough at first. Outsourcing can work but takes patience and good vetting. If you're about to quit, maybe hold off a sec, give it one more shot with tighter controls.

nah, I say don't keep pouring into it if no results. tried upwork, got a few decent peeps quick, but it's hit or miss, lol.

Last month i tried outsourcing to a site called OnlineJobs.ph, got some decent applicants quick but had to do a lot of screening. Honestly, it's not just about finding someone fast but building trust and good workflows. If you wanna give it a shot, maybe use a tool like Toggle for time tracking and Slack for daily check-ins, keeps everyone on the same page.

lol, I tried outsourcing once, thought I could just snap my fingers and get a squad. dude took months to even get decent results, and most still flaky. don't buy into the quick fix hype, this ain't no fast food.

Building a semi-reliable team fast? IMO, that's almost a fantasy. I've seen guys get decent setups in a few weeks but most of the time you're gonna chase flaky folks, no matter how much you throw at it. If you're impatient, maybe sticking solo and hacking your own process is faster than chasing unicorns.

Careful with jumping to conclusions. I once thought I'd outsource a small team fast and ended up wasting months chasing flaky dudes, same as most. Sometimes, the fastest way to find solid guys is just

yeah, I got nada so far, and honestly sounds familiar. outsourcing can be like chasing ghosts sometimes. I've seen guys dump tons of cash into it and still get nowhere. if you're just looking to quick-solve your team, probably better to focus on solo and grow slow than chase flaky freelancers who promise the moon and deliver dust. I mean, sometimes building in-house is less headache and more ROI in the long run.

quick thought: I spent like 3 months tossing 5k+ at outsourcing and got 0 results, just flaky dudes and dead ends. one buddy told me he built a semi-reliable team in 6 weeks but he also said it was mostly luck and a lot of dead ends. so yeah, no magic number or quick fix, just a lot of dead ends and wasted cash.

spot on. I tried outsourcing myself a while back, threw 4k at a team in a month, and got pretty much the same dust. ended up finding some decent guys after 8 weeks of trial and error, but it's

last month i tossed a few grand at a team too, but I actually managed to find a semi-reliable crew in like 4 weeks by switching my vetting process from just interviews to test projects first, so sometimes it's just about changing the approach rather than quitting altogether.

just my 2 cents, outsourcing is a gamble but switching up ur vetting like trying test projects first can cut the bs and find better folks quicker, but still, patience is key, no? u might wanna set clear expectations and maybe take a hybrid approach for now.
