honestly I think amazon affiliates still can squeeze out some wins if you're willing to grind niche SEO and avoid the quick cash trap. I knew a guy who made decent bank just by focusing on high-converting micro niches and staying consistent. Smh, ymmv but it's definitely not dead, just a different ball game now.

spot on. amazon has been kinda shifting sand lately, but i lowkey still see ppl making decent bread if they grind niche SEO and don't chase quick wins. not dead just harder to scale fast, imo.
