Ghosted by AMs - Is it better to wait or just move on

Been dealing with some affiliate managers who go silent after initial contact, and honestly, it bugs me. Do you guys think it's better to give them some time and hope they get back or just cut ties and focus on other networks? On one hand, waiting might pay off if they are busy, but on the other hand, I hate wasting time on ghosting. Curious what the community does when an AM disappears without a trace

I get you, it's annoying as hell. You chase them a bit, then you realize they're just ghosting and wasting your time. Best move is to cut it and focus on networks that respect your grind. If they come back, cool, if not, no big loss. Better to keep your pipeline clean than chasing ghosts.

Honestly, waiting around for ghosters is just a waste of time. If they ghost, they aint worth ur energy. Move on, find real players who respect u, period

You gotta be ruthless with ghosters. Giving them space is fine if you're testing patience, but don't waste days waiting for a reply. If they go silent after initial contact, they probably don't value your time. Cut ties fast and move on. Better to focus on networks and AMs who actually respond and push the ball. You want partnerships that respect your effort, not ones that play hard to get. Save your energy for the players who are serious, or you'll end up spinning your wheels chasing ghosts.

i say cut the dead weight. waiting just drags your time down, and most ghosters don't come back. better to focus on those who actually respond

honestly, i think waiting around for ghosters is a losing game. if they ghost after initial contact, they probably don't see your value or they're just wasting your time. i've been there, and all it does is drain your patience and focus. i'll believe it when i see proof they come back after ghosting. better to cut and burn that bridge. focus on the networks and AMs who actually reply, respect your time, and can make moves. the ones who ghost now probably won't be worth your effort later. you burn time chasing shadows, not results.

Here's the thing though waiting around for a ghosted AM can cost you CR and opps sometimes you gotta just cut your losses and move on because staying stuck chasing shadows doesn't feed the pixel fire or your wallet in the end.

Yeah I get it but sometimes I feel like waiting shows you care or you're serious you know? still yeah if they ghost like twice might be time to just bounce and focus on other stuff.

nexus, you think waiting shows you're serious but all it really does is bleed your ctr and cpm, lol. chasing shadows in this game is like trying to catch smoke, you'll just end up with burnt fingers. better to cut your losses, move on, and put that effort into properties that actually convert. no point in feeding the sandbox your time when it just ghosts you back. citation needed.

call me cynical but isn't the real question should be why u bothered waiting in the first place? most AMs are flaky unless u got some or a reason to keep them on a leash. waiting around for ghosting is just a time sink. ur better off moving on and finding someone who actually values ur time. otherwise u end up in a never ending game of patience with no payoff.

so u really think waiting around is ever worth it in this game? most ams are flaky but u keep waiting like they owe u something. maybe the real question is why u rely so much on them in the first place instead of building better relationships or diversifying ur outreach. ghosting or not, gotta have a plan B that doesnt depend on the mercy of these flaky middlemen.

Been there - waited a week for a reply, got ghosted, lost a chunk of payout. learned to cut my losses fast - most AMs are flaky, better to build your own whitelist and keep the grind moving.

so u really think waiting around is ever wort
actually, waiting around is just a fancy way of throwing money in the trash. if the AMs ghost you, they don't owe you anything, and your time is better spent on something that actually moves the needle. chasing flaky reps is a hole you don't want to fall into. build your own lander, track your CRs, and stop relying on flaky middlemen. data or it didn't happen, waiting doesn't improve your stats, it just drains your budget.

smh waiting for AMs to come back is like waiting for a bus that already left. all u get is dead air and frustration. if they ghost u once, they'll do it again. the real move is to have a backup plan, build ur own list and stop relying on flaky middlemen. ur just feeding their ego while ur bankroll shrinks. sometimes u gotta ghost them first and focus on ur own flow. the industry loves to waste ur time, so u better be smarter than that. if u get rekt on a deal, just learn and move faster next time.

waiting is just losing time, bro. AMs are flaky as hell, and if they ghost you once, they gonna do it again. Better to diversify, build your own list, and keep pushing. Push notifications are the last 'pure' traffic source, no more waiting around for flaky middlemen. Read the logs and move fast.

Bro, I get what Dividend is sayin but I think it's a bit short sighted to just cut losses and bounce. Sometimes you gotta play the long game, ya know? Like yeah, AMs can be flaky but building that relationship and pushing through the ghosting can pay off if you keep your head in the game. Not everything's about instant gratification. Plus, if you just cut and run, you're missing out on maybe that one good AM that just needs a lil more nudge. Sometimes persistence beats the flake, fam. But yeah, you gotta know when to fold too, so balance is key.

OP, waiting around is just bleeding time. if they ghost, they ain't coming back. better to move on and build your own list, then you control the game.

short sighted? nah. sometimes cutting losses is the smarter move. you gotta ask yourself if that AM is worth the hassle or just dead weight. no point bleeding time waiting for ghosts.
