man ive been doing this digital pr thing for months now and i swear im getting nowhere. sent out like 50 pitches to legit sites big and small and got nothing back. followed all the tips online, personalized pitches, good subject lines but still nada. i get the theory but actual results are zero. anyone have real wins and can share what actually worked? ik im missing something but what? smh i just want a few high authority links without paying tons of money or spamming everyone

last month i did the same thing, sent out like 60 pitches and nada, felt sus. turns out, timing and relevance matter a lot more than just personalized emails. did you try engaging with their content or commenting on their posts before pitching?

honestly actually, yeah, 100% agree. I used to focus only on the pitch and forget about the context. Engaging with their recent content or social media beforehand totally boosts your chances. It's not just about sending the email, it's about making it part of a convo they care about.

just my 2 cents, maybe the issue is not just the outreach but what you offer them in return like exclusivity or useful content sometimes that gets you a better shot, pure cold pitching rarely cuts it for real

Just my 2 cents, if you really wanna stand out, stop pitching straight to editors and start building relationships first. Like, comment on their stuff, share their articles, actually become familiar with what they care about. It sounds slow but trust me, that personal connection gets your pitch noticed way more than just cold emailing.

I think you're missing the part where you actually make it easy for them to say yes. Like, don't just send a pitch, send a damn story or a piece of useful content they can actually use right now. If they gotta do work, they probably ignore ya.

Been doing this 5+ years, and I've found focusing on niche sites that actually share your target audience works better. Don't chase big names all the time, find smaller sites hungry for content

man, you said you've been doing this for months but you keep saying zero results like, did you maybe forget to track your actual outreach efforts or maybe your pitches are just not hitting the right pain points? sometimes we get lost in the tips and forget to step back and analyze what's actually working or not. it's not just about sending stuff out, gotta tweak, test, and learn from each fail.

Most folks overlook that a quick follow-up can double or triple ur chances, don't be afraid to ping again after a week if no reply

ngl man, if I had a dollar for every pitch that got ignored lol. Maybe try increasing your follow-up rate, I've seen ppl double their success just by pinging again after a week.

just my 2 cents, maybe you're not personalizing enough? I used to send generic pitches and got nowhere, then I started doing some research on the site and tailoring my emails to what they actually care about. made a big difference.

Different angle: maybe it's not just about personalization, maybe your pitch timing or the relevance of your site matters more. Sometimes even a perfect pitch gets ignored if it doesn't fit their current content needs or editorial calendar.

last month i pitched a site with zero research, just a quick email and got a feature lol. so maybe it's not always about research and tailoring, sometimes just luck or timing? i swear sometimes u gotta throw stuff out there and see what sticks.
