Dealing with ghosted AMs - sharing some recent results

Hey all, just wanted to vent a bit and maybe get some advice. I've been running a decent CPA campaign for the past 3 weeks, nothing crazy, about 150 conversions, pretty stable LTV, CTR decent, GEO's holding up. I usually check in with my affiliate manager weekly, and last week I had some questions about the payout schedule and some new offers. Never got a response. Sent a follow-up yesterday and.. crickets. Same thing with the week before. It's like they just ghosted me. It's frustrating because I was about to scale up and test some new angles but feeling stuck. I know it's a common issue, but I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to get more consistent communication or if I should just start looking for other networks. Just sharing the numbers because honestly, this silence kinda makes me doubt if the offers are still worth it or if I should shift gears. Appreciate any tips or just to hear if anyone else is dealing with the same ghosting situation lately.

Honestly, ghosting is just part of the game sometimes. You get used to it if you work long enough. But what reaaally grinds my gears is how some guys act like this is professional. If an affiliate manager can't even send a quick reply, how do you trust the network with your money and traffic? It's like trying to build a house on quicksand. You gotta focus on the offers and the data, not the drama. If they ghost you after you bring steady traffic, what's stopping you from pivoting? There's always another network, another offer. You don't need to chase ghosts. If they don't value your time and traffic, someone else will. And honestly, if a network can't keep communication alive, you're just setting yourself up for a shitcoin deal anyway. Keep your eyes on the prize and don't let ghosting derail your hustle.

man, ghosting is annoying but honestly it's not always a sign of trouble with the offers. sometimes they're just busy or overbooked, especially in the ymyl space. i'd try reaching out from a different contact if you can, or even hit up a different rep. don't let one ghost session make you doubt the whole campaign, just means you gotta diversify your outreach and keep pushing. trust me on this one, the best deals come from staying persistent and not getting too attached to one point of contact.

let's math it out. If the AM is just busy or overbooked, that's fine but they should at least reply. If they're not, then they probably don't see enough value in keeping you on the line or they're just flaky. Reaching out to a different contact or network might be your best move if you wanna keep your flow. Ghosting like that is usually a red flag, not just a scheduling hiccup.

sounds like you're doing alright if the numbers are stable. honestly, 150 conversions in 3 weeks aint bad for a decent CPA. don't get too comfortable tho, the moment you start feeling safe is when things change quick. focus on diversifying GEOs and offers so you don't get hit if one dips. building an email list?

Ghosting AMs is the worst but honestly if you're relying on one network or one contact line you're already playing yourself because this industry is a constant hustle and if your AM can't even reply it's a sign to start spreading your risk not just waiting for a ghost to reappear my tracker screams at you to diversify and not put all your eggs in one basket because if the offer is legit you'll find a way to cloak and get the info you need from other sources or networks because

My two cents if AMs are ghosting you its time to diversify or find a new network Honestly relying on one guy is a recipe for frustration in this industry. If they're ignoring you now they probably will again when you need support.

Let me be blunt, if you think 150 conversions over 3 weeks is decent in this game, you need to re-evaluate your benchmarks. That's not enough data to say the campaign is stable or that the GEOs are holding. That kind of volume is barely enough to get reliable CTR, let alone LTV stability.

i mean, sure ghosting sucks but if you think just switching networks or adding more ams is the fix you're missing the point. this industry is about resilience and stacking your processes. if your main contact goes silent, you better have a backup plan, a couple of other networks lined up, maybe some direct smb or even building your own stuff. relying on one contact is like walking on thin ice and expecting it not to crack. the real game is in automating your outreach, building relationships beyond just the instant reply. i've seen dudes with 10 different sources of info, quick reachouts to other contacts, and legit multiple offers ready to go. ghosting happens but if you're not prepared with alternatives, then yeah you get stuck. it's not about finding one new network and calling it a day. it's about having the ecosystem that keeps you afloat no matter what. just my two cents, but if you want to grow, gotta think more about the stacks and less about hoping one guy answers

imo garrison u are overestimating what counts as decent in this game. 150 conversions in 3 weeks is not bad for some but its not exactly a massive win either. depends on ur niche and offer but in my experience if u wanna really get somewhere u need to push past just decent and aim for consistent higher volume. u gotta be testing and scaling fast not just counting on a few conversions. this industry is about hustle and resilience. if u get comfortable with just "decent" u will get left behind. take it or leave it.

Ghosting happens. You should have multiple AMs, networks and backup plans. Relying on one contact is amateur move.

Ghosting is just cope from these networks trying to keep you stuck in their ecosystem. If your AMs are ghosting you, it's probably because your campaigns are actually doing well enough to threaten their margins. They know you'll just bounce and find another network that's more responsive. Relying on one contact or network is amateur move, you gotta diversify, have backup plans, and keep testing. Don't let their silence make you doubt your offers, it's just noise.

Relying on one contact is amateur move
Honestly, I gotta disagree with the "one contact" being amateur move. Relying on multiple AMs and networks sounds smart but also spreads you thin. Sometimes you need that one go-to person who actually responds and understands your stuff. If you're bouncing around too much, you miss the chance to build a real relationship that can actually get you ahead. Ghosting is frustrating, but also maybe the network or AM just ain't right for your style. Sometimes sticking with the one who gives you real value beats playing the field and getting ghosted every time. Back to the grind, gotta focus on quality over quantity.

Honestly, I think ghosting often is a sign of trouble or at least a red flag. If they're busy, they could just say so, but ignoring you twice in a row feels like they don't really care about your campaign or maybe they're hiding smth. In my experience, you gotta watch out for that silence.
