cold outreach templates - anyone getting over 15% reply rate?

Been doing this 3 years, and I get around 15% with decent templates and solid follow-ups. But yeah, if ur offer sucks or targeting is off, reply rates tank no matter what. consistency and relevance are key,

Cold outreach reply rates are kinda like my first year in aff, rarely over 15% without a lot of testing. I know dudes who get 20%+ consistently, but they got their sequence dialed and they send dozens of follow-ups daily. Funny how a little persistence and data on open/click rates can turn a 10% reply into 20
