Building an affiliate team, outsource or in-house?

Been doing this 2 years and honestly I think people overthink the outsource vs in-house thing. Its all about your vibe and how much trust you got, not the label. If you micromanage, somethings broken underneath - either trust or systems.

Careful with the title, it's kinda backwards. Building an affiliate team, outsource or in-house? Should be more like: which one fits ur vibe better, or which u can trust more? The core is trust and communication, not just about outsource vs in-house. If you micromanage, it's probs trust issues, not the team setup.

Careful with the assumption that in-house always beats out outsourcing. I've seen folks scale faster with a small, reliable outsource team, like 3-4 dudes who get it, instead of managing 10+ in-house. Data-wise, companies that outsource right see a 25% faster rev growth in the first year, ymmv tho. Trust is king, but efficiency can come from outside if you pick smart.
