AM just vanished after I sent my first conversions?

So I'm super confused right now. I got approved for this one network, the BelkaVPN one I saw mentioned here maybe. My affiliate manager was super nice at first, helped me set everything up. Then I finally started getting some sales, nothing huge but like 3 conversions last week. I emailed him a question about the payout date and radio silence. It's been 5 days. No reply to my DM on Skype either. I checked the network forum and other people are getting replies. Did I do something wrong? Like maybe my volume is too low for them to care? Or is this normal and I just need to wait longer? The whole thing feels messy, I don't know who to ask inside the network if my own AM ghosts me. Trying to understand if this is a complex thing where they only talk to big spenders or if this network just has bad support. For a noob it's really frustrating.

Getting a few conversions doesn't mean they suddenly care about you, it just means the system works a little. Some networks only talk to big spenders or people with volume. Don't fall for the illusion that small numbers get real support. If they ghost now, they probably always will unless you scale big or switch to a network that values even small players. It's just data.

I get what velocity is saying but I think it's a bit cynical. Small volume can still mean you're a real person to some networks if you're polite and professional. They might be slow to reply but ghosting entirely? That feels like bad support or just a bad network. Not every network is big-spender exclusive, some just don't give a damn about the small fry.

Nah, I think that part is almost irrelevant. When you just starting out, you gotta be cautious about taking initial friendliness at face value. A lot of these networks have "nice" AMs because they wanna onboard and keep low spenders around but that doesn't mean they're gonna stay responsive once you hit a certain volume or if you ask questions they don't like. It's all about the data (everything else is noise). If they ghost on you after some conversions, it means your volume probably isn't enough for them to bother. Doesn't matter how helpful they seemed at first. That's just how these things work sometimes. You need to be prepared for that and not get emotionally invested in the initial niceness. It's a numbers game and support is only guaranteed when you're big enough or proven enough. Keep testing, don't rely on their support to carry you.

Honestly, I think everyone's acting like small volume means they're invisible or irrelevant. Nah, it's more about how you carry yourself. If you're professional, polite, and consistent, some networks do care even about the tiny fry. But yeah, ghosting is common, and it's a sign of the network's support level, not your volume. Don't get caught up in the "big spender" myth.

Interesting.. but have you considered the middle path on this? Just because they ghost now doesn't mean you did something wrong. Some networks just have poor support or low priority for small volume, but I've seen cases where they actually just get busy or have internal issues. Maybe reach out again later, or try to contact a different person in the team if possible.

Been there - got ghosted by a network after a few conversions too. It's not about volume, it's about how you carry yourself. I've seen big spenders get ignored just cuz they didn't play the game right or didn't kiss enough ass. If they ghost on you early on, chances are they don't see long term value in small fry, period. I learned that the hard way, burnt a lot of budget waiting for replies that never came. My advice - cut your losses, find a network that actually communicates. Test small - lose small, but don't waste months chasing ghosts. In this game, silence is usually a no.

Hold my beer, u can't just assume it's about volume or support issues. Maybe they got busy, maybe they ghosted everyone, who knows. But I swear, in the good old days, support was more reliable, and we didn't have to chase down AMs like they owed us money

No reply to my DM on Skype either
You're missing the 'point'. Just cuz they didn't reply on Skype doesn't mean they are ghosting you forever. Some networks treat DM channels like a second-class citizen, especially if your volume is small. That doesn't necessarily mean you're doing something wrong, but it does tell you that their support priorities are skewed. When I see silence like that, I focus on the bigger picture. Are you getting paid? Are the conversions counting? That's what matters most in the end. Waiting around for support to be 'personal' is a trap. It's about what you can control. Keep grinding, track your metrics, and don't take it personal if the support game isn't what it used to be

Maybe they got busy, maybe they ghosted every
RIP inbox if you think people ghost only when they are busy. That's such a cop-out. Support is support, and if they ghost after a few conversions, it's probably cuz they don't care. No excuse for leaving someone hanging just cuz they got busy, IMO. Good support is part of the game, or it's just a shady network hiding behind excuses. Don't fall for the busy-bullshit, it's about how they treat everyone, small or big. Back to the lab.

Honestly, it's a mess out there sometimes. I've seen networks ghost people for way less, and it's not always about volume. Sometimes they just don't want to deal with small fry, other times they're swamped or don't give a damn. I've had AMs disappear for weeks, then pop up acting like nothing happened. It's frustrating but not surprising. What gets me is the support vibe. If they don't reply to your questions after a few conversions, it's a red flag. You're not asking for a miracle, just basic info. That kind of ghosting usually means they don't see you as worth their time. Just gotta keep hunting for a network that actually cares. This industry's a grind sometimes, but it's all about the next deal that actually treats you like a partner, not a nuisance.

Honestly I think Hone is missing the bigger picture support in this industry is often flaky even when they seem responsive. Ghosting after a few conversions isn't just about being busy it's about them not giving a damn anymore. No excuses, just how it is sometimes.

Did I do something wrong
You didn't do something wrong if your volume is small support can be flaky but ghosting like that for a noob is unprofessional especially after a few sales its a sign they don't value the relationship or just plain busy and lazy either way you gotta weigh if you wanna keep pushing or find better support systems lowkey this industry is full of empty promises and dead-end support so always have backups and don't rely on one AM or network alone

You're missing the 'point'
