Ghosted by AMs, now what? Starting from scratch?

Hey all, so I got into this game thinking I could get some decent support from affiliate managers, right? Turns out, most of them ghost faster than my grandma forgets my name. Like I send a message, they read it, then silence. Nothing. Not even a polite no. Just vanished. And I have no clue if I screwed up or if they're just busy ignoring everyone not named Elon Musk. Starting to think maybe I should just learn to talk to the wall instead of these AMs. Where do I even start with this? Do I chase the big boys, or just set up shop and hope someone notices me? Feeling kinda like the kid in the sandbox that no one wants to play with. Would love some real advice, or at least a story to make me feel I'm not the only one being ghosted. Thanks in advance for the pity and the tips.

Lol okay, first off, maybe stop blaming the AMs so much. Like I get it, ghosting sucks, but part of this game is learning to fish in different ponds. Thinking support from AMs is your ticket to easy wins is a rookie mistake. They're busy, they're overwhelmed, and honestly, a lot of them just want the next guy to do the legwork and come back with a solid campaign. If you're sitting around waiting for their text, you're already behind. And about them reading your messages then ghosting? That's the norm, not the exception. Nobody owes you anything in this biz, especially if you're not showing some skin in the game. Build your own systems, learn to cloak, track your own conversions, and stop putting all your eggs in that fragile AM support basket. The ones who last long are the ones who don't depend on babysitters. If I was starting now, I'd forget about AMs altogether and go direct, build SOI, cloaking, and make my own damn luck. Famous last words maybe, but that's the brutal truth.

Oh man, sounds like you're trying to get a date with a cat. They read, they ghost, they forget your name faster than a goldfish on crack. Welcome to the club, now go build your own damn empire without their empty promises.

You're overestimating AMs, they got their own shit to deal with. Focus on your lander, your traffic, your angles. Scale that, forget waiting for handouts

Oh man, if you're feeling like the kid in the sandbox nobody wants to play with maybe it's time to stop hoping the other kids will invite you to their game and start building your own damn sandbox and filling it with real traffic and offers instead of waiting for someone to notice your tears or give you a pity invite the truth is most AMs only care about their top dogs or the ones that make them look good so get over the sandbox mentality and start grinding your own way cuz chasing ghosts and waiting for handouts is just a waste of time been there, burned that budget

honestly, I think relying on AMs for support is a fast track to dead end. Back in the day we just built our own farms, set up our own systems and let the traffic come to us. Chasing the big fish or waiting for handouts? That's like trying to catch rain with a spoon. Focus on your landing pages, list building, and traffic sources.

ah bro, welcome to the club, but honestly you're wasting time expecting AMs to be your ride or die. most of them are busy, sure, but let's be real, a lot of them are just ghosting because they don't see you as a priority or they're waiting for you to prove you're serious. trust me, the ones who actually matter? they don't need to be chased like a girl in high school. they come to you when you have something solid, not just some random message you fired off hoping they'll throw you a bone. so here's the deal: stop chasing ghosts and start building your own damn empire. learn the game, master your traffic, craft offers that sell without needing a handout. if you're waiting for AMs to save you, you're just LARPing in the wrong league. source: trust me bro, you want respect? earn it, don't beg for it.

Yeah, exactly. Most AMs are just busy or overbooked, they're not sitting around waiting for your email to pop up. Focus on building your own assets, that's where the real ROI is. I've seen guys get so caught up waiting for the big fishes they forget the small fish can turn into the pond if you squeeze juice right. Better to optimize your landing pages, diversify traffic sources, and keep hammering on your outreach. Once your system is solid, the AMs will come crawling back if they see your site or offer as a legit player. Otherwise, you're just chasing shadows and wasting time hoping someone will hold your hand.

Back in my day, affiliate managers were like unicorns, you chase them and hope they're real. Turns out most of them are just busy, or maybe they've got better things to do than hold your hand. Ghosting?

Haha, welcome to the ghost town, my friend. Honestly, chasing AMs is like chasing mirages. Better off building your own LPs and traffic streams, that's where the real money lives.

Honestly, stop stressing over what you did or didn't do. Most of these AMs are just ghosting everyone because they got overwhelmed or they got better options. You're not alone in the ghosting game. Focus on stacking your own traffic and creatives - that's where the real is. chasing a few AMs is a waste of time unless you got serious volume and assets to back it up. They're not your partners, they're just gatekeepers. Building your own LPs and setting up your own pubs is the way to go.

Honestly, I disagree a bit. Yeah, AMs are busy, but if they are ghosting everyone, then maybe it's a sign of how broken the process is. If they don't have time or interest to respond, why should we keep chasing? IMO, it's just a game of attrition. If they aren't responsive, the best move is to build your own thing, like legit content sites or email lists, instead of wasting time waiting for a reply that might never come. The affiliate marketing landscape is shifting more towards owning your traffic and assets anyway. If u rely on AMs, u basically playing a game where u have no control, and that's a bad bet long term.

Honestly, I think chasing AMs is kinda pointless most of the time. If they wanna ghost, let 'em ghost. I'd rather build my own flow of traffic and test my own offers. That way I at least control smth instead of relying on some busy dude who might not even care. Native ads are the only way to go if you're not a whale and wanna scale without begging for attention. Chasing those big guys just burns cash and mental energy. If an AM is ghosting, I just move on and focus on what I can control. Maybe it's harsh but that's the real game, not waiting around for someone to reply.
