Dealing with ghosting AMs, ever had success?

Hey guys, I'm curious if anyone here has figured out a way to deal with affiliate managers who just disappear after you send your traffic? I've been running a crypto offer in a new GEO, paid out about 5k over the last month, no issues on the payments but lately I can't even get a reply from my AM. I've tried following up politely, but it's like I'm talking to a wall. Just wondering if there's a secret move I missed or if I should start looking for new networks altogether. Anyone been through this and cracked the code? Would love some real advice, not just ghosted again

Crypto in a new GEO and no reply from your AM? sounds like trouble brewing - I mean crypto offers are a pain to manage sometimes, but ghosting is just unprofessional. maybe your traffic isn't the issue but your approach? or the network's just full of flaky reps. I'd say switch it up and find a network that actually cares about its affiliates.

yeah crypto in a new GEO and no reply, kinda sounds like a red flag. simple math, if they ghost after 5k, maybe your traffic's not the problem but their willingness to communicate. sometimes you gotta be bold, hit em hard with a final push or start looking for a network that actually cares about their publishers. ghosting usually means they're either hiding smth or just don't want to deal with you. don't get caught chasing ghosts, move on if they're not responding. nothing worse than sinking more time into a dead end.

Bruh, running a crypto offer in a new GEO and expecting smooth sailing right out of the gate? That's where most people get cooked. Crypto in a new market is basically a red flag magnet. It's not just about the payout, its about how the network and AMs treat the new blood.

If they ghost after 5k, maybe your traffic is the least of ur worries. Sometimes you gotta question if they even worth the effort. Ghosting is a way of saying they ain't serious, or they already got what they need. Time to stop playing nice and start looking for networks that actually give a damn about their affiliates.

look, I think yall are missing the bigger picture here. Ghosting isn't always about your traffic or your approach. Sometimes the AMs are just overwhelmed or the network is playing hardball, especially with crypto in a new GEO. I've seen some guys switch to a different rep or even ask to speak directly to a manager. If you've really pumped 5k and can't even get a quick reply, maybe it's time to start screening networks more carefully before you get deep.

sorry but ghosting is just part of the game if your am ghosts you after 5k in crypto in a new GEO it means your approach sucks or your traffic is trash. ive had ams ghost after 10k on legit offers but guess what i didn't cry i adjusted lp and creatives. if they ghost you its not about the traffic its about the ROI on your push creatives or cr not being good enough.

Look, ghosting in this biz is almost always a sign of the network not being serious or your traffic being too sketchy. Crypto in a new GEO is a minefield and if the AM ghosts after 5k, your approach probably sucks or they just see you as a whale that's not worth the hassle. This is not a trust fall. If you're relying on one network and one AM, you're walking a tightrope with no net. Better off building relationships directly or finding a network that actually values communication. Anyone doing tiered CPA should be treated with extreme suspicion, especially in crypto. If they vanish, it's a sign they don't want real partners, just numbers. You wanna keep your flow steady, diversify and stop chasing ghosts

so here's the thing. i ran into this a few times when i was still pushing crypto offers in new geos. sometimes it's just the network getting cold feet or the AMs swamped, but most of the time its your lp or creatives not aligning with what they want to see. the thing is, ghosting is kinda part of the game, but you gotta read the signs. if they ghost after a decent payout, probably time to tweak your angle or look elsewhere.

you really think ghosting is about your traffic or approach? Nah, sometimes they just vanish because they don't wanna deal with your volume or they're busy as hell. Crypto in a new GEO is a red flag for them, but ghosting after 5k means your creative, LP or targeting probably suck or they just see you as a problem kid. No secrets, just read the room, keep your creatives clean, and don't be a whale they wanna ghost.

so I hit up my AM again yesterday, just kept it casual, no pressure. Sent a quick message saying I got more traffic coming, just wanted to check if there's anything new I should know. No reply still, but I'm not surprised. Gonna start testing new networks next week, this ghosting game is getting old.

Been there, tested that. Usually just follow up once or twice, then move on if no reply. No point chasing ghosts, they'll come back if they wanna work. I find keeping it short and not sweating it makes them come around faster. Once you're too pushy they vanish even more.

Haha yeah, ghosting is part of the game I guess. I usually send a quick follow up, like, one more shot and if no reply I just forget it. No point chasing shadows, they'll hit you up when they're ready or not. Sometimes I think it's better to just focus on the next deal instead of sweating the ghosting.. back in the day, I'd chase forever and just burn my own time. Test, test, test... that's how you learn to not take it personally.

Yeah I think Liquid's onto something there, if they wanna work they'll come back eventually but honestly I've seen so many vanish into thin air that I just move on quicker now I mean what's the point wasting time chasing shadows in this spammy game another day another dollar
