so i messed around with a couple of premium vpns since posting. switched to one that claims to keep their IPs constantly refreshed and honestly the results are kinda better but still not perfect. the data tells the story: even the best gotta stay on their toes with netflix, no silver bullets. works for a bit then boom, gotta switch again.
