sneaker proxies discount confusion - why is pricing so random

ok so im tryna figure out sneaker proxies cuz i got some botting stuff set up but the proxy prices make no sense like i got this discount code from a provider for 20 off but when i check the gb usage its still higher than another provider with no discount? and some are selling 'sneaker specific' proxies that are just rebranded residential ips with a markup i think? like i used one last week for a yeezy drop and got insta flagged even tho the proxy test said low ban rate maybe im missing something about how the sites detect u? do they look at asn differently or is it more about the rotation speed? cuz my bot is set to like 2 sec delays and im using anti-detect browser but still getting cart jacked idk if anyone found a provider that actually works good without costing like 50 a gb especially with discount codes that are worth it or if im just doing something wrong.

ppl forget that proxy prices don't just reflect raw bandwidth but also quality and detection resistance. One time I used a cheaper proxy for a quick drop and got banned fast, while more expensive ones held up better even with no discount. Sometimes the cheapest ain't the best, especially for sneaker drops

just my 2 cents, they probably do look at asn differently and also monitor how fast u rotate proxies. faster rotations or weird ASN changes can trigger alarms even if test results look good. imho, gotta keep it natural and maybe test different providers to see what sticks.

been messing with proxies for years and honestly the price often has more to do with detection evasion tech than raw bandwidth, so yeah, cheaper ones can get u flagged quick if they lack good rotation or ASN masking

haha yeah, prices are kinda like a mystery meat sandwich sometimes, right? the discount might only apply to certain plans or bandwidth, not the overall rate you see. also, don't forget proxies with lower price tags might lack detection resistance, so you get what you pay for.

yo thanks for the insights, that ASN and rotation speed thing makes sense, especially if the test results don't tell the whole story. gonna try some higher quality proxies that focus on detection evasion, even if they cost more, see if that helps. prob gonna stop trusting those "sneaker specific" rebranded ones too, seems like a scam.

bro, its probably cause proxies got different quality, IP pools, or even how many ppl are using them. prices just get jumbled lol. kinda feels like a lottery sometimes.

honestly different angle: imo, the price randomness mainly comes from how proxies are marketed and the hype around certain providers. some get hyped, so prices spike, others stay low. it's kinda more about perception than actual quality sometimes

different angle: yeah I get that hype can push prices up but I think a lot of it is also just how many ppl are trying to buy at once. like if a bunch of folks are all grabbing the same proxies, the prices go nuts even if they're not that good. seen it happen with a few providers where the stock just disappears and prices shoot up overnight. kinda feels like a game of musical chairs sometimes

bruh, so you think it's just people spamming the proxies and that's what makes the prices jump? but isn't that kind of circular? like, if everyone's trying to buy at once, the proxies get more scarce and prices go up, but why do some proxies stay cheap even with a lot of demand? makes me wonder if the supply is just way more uneven than folks admit lol.

pricing's all about supply and demand, dude - if a proxy's hot, prices go up, if not, they drop. try monitoring trends and buy low before the hype hits.

Turns out some proxies are just priced high for no reason, like 50-100% markup even when demand is dead, which is sus tbh

just my 2 cents: but how do u even tell when a proxy is "hot" before prices spike? seems like a guessing game most of the time.

Haha, sneaker proxies pricing? sounds like a rollercoaster with no brakes. imo most of it's just hype and luck, u never really know what's gonna spike.

ngl honestly, I think half the pricing is just bots and FOMO messing with the market, not real demand. u gotta be lucky or have insider info to catch the legit hot proxies early.

You right on that, most of the time I see proxies jump like 30-50% overnight and it's probs just bot hype or FOMO pushing prices, not legit demand. Numbers don't lie, if 70% of sales are from bots that skews everything. smh, market's a mess sometimes.

Over 60% of sneaker proxy prices seem to just be wild swings for no real reason. I remember one time I saw a legit cheap proxy jump 70% overnight and I was like, what the heck? It's like the market just makes up its own rules sometimes lol.

sneaker proxies discount confusion - why is pricing so random, I gotta ask, what's your take on how much of this is just pure market manipulation vs actual supply and demand? I feel like a lot of these jumps are driven more by hype and bot activity than legit need. Sometimes I see prices spike like crazy outta nowhere and it's like, nobody's really buying, just bots and FOMO. Ymmv but I lowkey think a chunk of this is just the market kinda losing control.

Honestly, I think a lot of this is just bots running wild and creating fake scarcity. I started using ProxyRack for some of my research and it's like having a peek behind the curtain seeing actual price trends not just hype. lol
