push notif offers, feels like 2017 all over again

found this push notification network that kinda reminds me of the early days of cpa, super simple setup, decent payouts, and no crazy min spends. back then it was all about just getting those push flows rolling, no fancy tracking or pixel madness. seems like the old school vibe is back where you just send push to niche segments and hope for the best. not sure if it's sustainable but man, it hits that nostalgia spot for me. anyone else messing with push traffic these days? feels like it's just a gamble but sometimes that's where the gold is hiding

that vibe might be nostalgic but beware. back in the day, simple setups worked cuz the offers were more stable, and the markets weren't saturated. now it's all about data-driven creatives and tracking.

Messing with push traffic? Yeah, I've toyed with it here and there. It's definitely a gamble but sometimes the simplest things punch above their weight. The question is how long that old school vibe lasts before the algo or saturation kills it. It's a grind but sometimes you gotta chase that nostalgic feeling and see if the gold still glitters.

Hold my beer. You think push is back because it's simple and nostalgic? I get it, but don't forget why it worked then and might not now. Back in 2017, it was about volume, cheap clicks, and not overthinking the CR. Now you got saturation, algo's smarter than your grandma, and everyone's trying to outsmart each other with fancy pixels and tracking. Yeah, push can hit sometimes, but that's like gambling with house money. Sometimes you hit the jackpot, sometimes you get cooked. You wanna build something that lasts, not just chase the rush. If you're thinking short term, sure, push can look sexy again. But if you wanna really make ROI and not get burnt by saturation or tracking noise, you gotta think bigger. Old school is cool, but it's also a short-sighted game if you don't adapt. Nostalgia's fun till the market shifts again. So yeah, go ahead and toss a few flows, but don't kid yourself. The real gold's in trust, not just a quick push to niche segments.

Honestly I think calling it 2017 all over again might be a bit of a stretch. Sure push notifications are back in the convo but they're not quite the same beast. Back then everyone was throwing up crappy creatives and hoping for the best. Now there's better targeting, smarter segmentation, and more control over the push timing. Plus the landscape is more saturated so the simple tactics from back in the day don't cut it anymore. You gotta be more tactical with push offers now, not just blindly blast them and hope they stick. The algo's gotten smarter too, so if you're still doing the same old push spam you did years ago, you're prob gonna burn thru budgets faster than you think. Just my two cents.

Oh, come on. Feels like 2017? It's more like that nightmare sequel nobody asked for. Push is always sneaking back, like that bad smell in the carpet. Creatives?

Feels more like the sequel no one wanted. Push is like that recurring nightmare - shows up, no matter how much you try to forget. Creatives?

why you guys think push notifications are back for good? or just another shiny thing that will fade again? seems like the same old hype cycle to me.

Push is always coming back like that one client who insists they want a quick rev share deal but just ends up wasting your time. Back in 2017 it was the same, creatives were laughable and conversion was low. Now everyone acts like they got the secret sauce but it's the same old game, different day. If you're chasing push just because it's trendy again you probably missed the boat on the real alpha focused on tracking, LTV, and pure data not shiny objects. That's how you shave CAC and keep the whales coming back

or just another shiny thing that will fade ag
fade or not, the ROI numbers don't lie. Push is sneaking back in cuz it still converts if your LP copy is tight and your CTR is solid. The shiny thing only fades if the offer and creative suck. Don't get blinded by hype, test smarter, burn less.

been burned by push before, so I take that hype with a grain of salt. sure it's back in some circles, but it's all about testing and not just riding the wave. if your creatives and offer are trash, don't expect ROI to be different than 2017.

sorry but i gotta disagree. push has cycles but this time it's more stable cuz it's proven to convert in the right hands. last year i ran a push campaign with a 3.2% cr and a 2.5x roi on a pretty saturated niche. that's not just hype, that's real data. people keep thinking it's a fad but they forget it's just like any other channel, only as good as your creatives and offer.

Yeah, push is like that rollercoaster that keeps coming back. But don't forget, if your cloaker is clunky or your landing is sloppy, it's all smoke and mirrors. It's not about cycles, it's about who's still awake and testing smart. If your creatives are tired, your ROI will be dead before the ride even hits the drop. Back to the salt mines..
