Honestly I think proxy APIs can be hit or miss. I've seen some APIs give really good speeds but then also have random drops. Proxy lists tend to be more stable but yeah, sometimes they're not as fresh so you gotta weigh the speed vs reliability. ymmv lol

Try vultr or hetzner, both pretty reliable with wireguard and cheap. Had bad experiences with some US hosts, like OVH kinda flaky sometimes lol. ymmv but those 2 usually smooth sailing for me. Lmao, always chasing the perfect setup
