Push notification traffic from scratch - where do I even begin?

so i got like 500 bucks to start and i keep hearing about push traffic for affiliate stuff but honestly im kinda over those old forum posts about gold rushes that are already done lol. i need a real starting point like now not in 6 months. which networks actually accept newbies for this kinda thing, like ones that don't need you to already be dropping 5k a day or whatever? and what kinda offers actually work - cpa sweeps, utility bills, downloads? everyone keeps saying sweeps but then some say it's saturated and i just don't know what to think. also what tracker is good to start with? been looking at binom and voluum but the prices are all over the place and i don't wanna lock into some huge plan yet. ymmv i get that but give me a straight answer someone who's done it recently not some theory from like 2022 or whatever.

careful with all these networks claiming they accept newbies just like that but check out peerfly or clickdealer, they might actually let u start without dropping 5k a day but u gotta read their TOS and see if u fit their niche and offer types. for tracker id say go with binom if u wanna keep it cheap and simple, voluum is good but a lil pricier and more advanced. and for offers, dont just stick to sweeps, try some utility bills or downloads that seem less saturated and more fresh, just keep testing and stay flexible.

I kinda disagree with the idea that peerfly or clickdealer are super easy for newbies. They're not gonna just hand you the keys without some proof you can actually run traffic and keep it clean. If you wanna start small, focus on building a legit landing page, testing offers, and learning the basics of conversions first. Then you can approach those networks once you got some real data behind you.

disagree - most networks aren't as strict as some say, you just gotta show you can run traffic cleanly first. proven traffic, small scale, and follow their rules. no point stressing about 5k a day when you're just starting out.

just my 2 cents, check out adcombo or maxbounty, they tend to be more chill with newbies as long as you got some proof of traffic and follow their rules. but yeah, always read the TOS.

Yeah, I agree, starting small is key but dont sleep on the fact that even small scale can be tricky if you hit saturation or bad offers. ymmv but some networks are more forgiving if you can keep your traffic legit and test often. imho, focus on offers that convert well in your niche and don't get too hung up on the perfect tracker atm, just pick one and learn it. stay flexible and keep testing. peace.

Yeah, those trackers can be tricky price-wise, but afaik both are solid options to test before dropping big cash. I'd suggest starting with the smaller plans and scaling as you go, no need to dump hundreds upfront. atm, most legit trackers will let you upgrade later once you're proven

just my 2 cents but push notification traffic from scratch? sounds like a lot of guesswork to me lol. you gotta have a solid targeting and offer or its just wasting time. ymmv but I'd start with some small test campaigns and see what sticks

yep exactly, starting from scratch sucks but I'd say pick a niche you interested in and test small. I messed up a lot first but learned quick that good targeting and a decent offer are key. Don't overthink it too much.

different angle: instead of just guessing your niche, try to find a small, active audience on social media or forums that already talks about the stuff u wanna promote, then craft your offers and messages around what they actually want. that way u skip some guesswork. catch ya later, stay sharp!

smh, yeah, skipping guesswork sounds ideal but how do u find those audiences that are active and relevant without wasting time? lowkey, it's like finding a needle in a haystack. u got any tips for pinpointing those niches without just throwing darts?

last month i tried to start push traffic from scratch, spent days messing with configs and nothing stuck lol. sometimes i think it's just trial and error, not some secret formula.

Haha, exactly. I once spent a week tweaking stuff and got zero results, then changed one tiny thing and boom, traffic. Feels like trying to hit a moving target half the time.

Been messing with push traffic for a few years now, and honestly it's always a game of trial and error. Started just testing a bunch of networks and creatives, and eventually found some patterns that work. Do you guys find that certain niches or geo's tend to be more reliable for push?

Actually, it's push notifications from scratch not traffic, lol. You gotta pick a network first, then craft some good creatives, and start small. Sometimes just sending a few test campaigns helps you learn what works.

been doing this 3 years now and I swear sometimes it's like chasing a ghost. One day everything's on fire, next day it's dead silence and I'm left scratching my head. Guess that's just push for ya, always a new mystery to solve

ever tried starting with just a simple browser push script and building from there? I did that once, kinda like testing waters before diving deep, and it saved me a lot of headache. What's your take on starting small?

Ever thought about trying OneSignal? Been around forever, easy to set up, and you can mess with different targeting without much fuss. wanna start there?

Start small with a simple browser push script, then scale as u learn what works - it saves a lot of headaches.
