CPL vs SOI vs DOI for sweepstakes offers - which one wins?

Been messing around with sweepstakes offers lately and can't decide which payout type is best. CPL sounds kinda safe, you get paid per lead, no fuss. But SOI (Single Opt-In) offers seem faster, no double confirmation needed, so you get paid quicker but maybe less quality. DOI (Double Opt-In) is more legit but takes longer, less refunds, less fraud, but slower cash flow. Which one do y'all prefer and why? I feel like CPL is safer but SOI or DOI might bring in more rev if you know how to target right. Curious if anyone's cracked the code or got tips for testing these types without burning out.

careful with the acronyms u use, SOI and DOI r kinda the same thing, just different terms. OP might mean single opt-in vs double opt-in but still, kinda confusing. might wanna clarify that, could mess up

bruh, yeah, people get tripped up on those acronyms all the time, better to just ask what they mean instead of assuming. keeps ya from wasting time chasing the wrong info. always clarify before

honestly, I think you mixed up your terms. DOI actually stands for Double Opt-In, which is the more legit, slower process, not faster. SOI is single opt-in, quicker but riskier quality-wise. Been burned chasing the speed and forgetting the legit side myself

Lol, y'all are still getting tangled up in acronyms huh? honestly I think OP's got the terms mixed up or just assuming, cuz from what I see SOI (single opt-in) is faster and riskier and DOI (double opt-in) is legit but slower, so not sure where the confusion is coming from but I wouldn't put too much faith in quick and easy being the best here. ymmv but I'd focus on testing what actually converts best not just what sounds safer or faster.

different angle: sometimes all this focus on the clarity of the terms is a distraction from testing real results. sure, knowing what each method technically does is important but the real question is which one converts better for your offer and audience. i've seen people get caught up in semantics while missing the bigger picture of what actually works.

Last month I tested DOI vs SOI on a bunch of sweepstakes. Honestly, DOI took longer but the quality was way better, less refunds, less drama. But man, SOI brought in quick cash, so I'd say it depends if u wanna chase quality or speed. U ever try mixing them up?

Thanks for the heads up fam, totally missed the mix-up on the acronyms. Yeah, I meant single opt-in vs double opt-in, my bad for confusing that. Will clarify that next time and be more precise. Appreciate the input, always good to keep it clear.

Focus on CPL if you want faster wins, but SOI might convert higher long term. DOI usually takes longer but can pay more if you optimize well.

So, do you guys think a mix of these might actually be the best approach, or is sticking to one really better long-term?

man disagree - I think sticking to one might be better, fr, mixing can get messy and dilute focus, especially when you're just starting out.

man i think mixing can work but only if you have a clear system to keep track of what's working and what's not. Otherwise, it gets messy fast and dilutes your focus. I've seen folks try to do all three at once and lose track of thier ROI on each. Better to master one, then expand once you see consistent wins.

just my 2 cents, if you wanna mix, make sure to test each one with solid tracking and control so you actually know what's pulling the best. otherwise, it's easy to lose track and waste traffic on stuff that doesn't convert. small scale testing first, then scale the winners.

Honestly I think the opposite, fr, mixing can boost your overall CPA if you keep track and optimize right, don't put all eggs in one basket. sometimes diversification beats sticking to one method especially if you got the data to back it up.

i say pick one and get good at it, messing around with all three at once just splits your focus and ends up killing your ROI. pick your poison and master it.

just my 2 cents, OP, it's CPL, SOI and DOI not CPL, SOI, DOI. thought i'd point that out, been caught out before and looked like an idiot.

Careful with putting all your eggs in one basket, bruh. Might wanna test all three but pick one to master, tools like Voluum can help you track what actually works.

70% of people forget to correct that typo in the title, but hey, it's CPL vs SOI vs DOI not CPL vs SOI vs DOI right? a quick tip, focus on testing one, then scale if it's working and stop spreading yourself thin.
