Proxy APIs vs proxy lists for scraping, which one better?

i'd say around 70% of the time proxy lists give you more control but also more hassle with rotation and updates. 2) Proxy APIs, on the other hand, can be a lot cleaner but sometimes come with latency issues or higher cpc. 3) Honestly, depends on what you need, if speed and ease matter, maybe APIs but if you want raw control, proxy lists still king. lol

just my 2 cents, I once tried a proxy API for a quick job and it was smooth til I hit some latency issues and had to switch back to a proxy list. thought it was gonna be easier but turned out kinda more hassle in the long run.

Been doing this like 3 years and honestly I think it depends a lot on what you need. Proxy lists are cheaper but you gotta babysit rotation, like 60-70% of the time they work fine but if you want speed and less fuss maybe proxy APIs are better but can cost more like 20-30% extra. I tried a proxy API last month and it was smooth til I hit some latency spikes and had to switch back, so I guess it's a trade off

spot on. honestly, it's kinda like pick your poison. proxy lists can be a pain with rotation but cheap, while APIs are cleaner but sometimes slow or unreliable. depends on what ur scraping and ur patience.

proxy APIs vs proxy lists for scraping, which one better - lol, it's like asking if you wanna pay more for a cleaner car or roll the dice with the cheapo ride. Ever try mixing both? kinda like a hybrid. wonder if that's the secret sauce or just chaos?

if u wanna keep it simple, try using proxy APIs for better reliability but have backup proxy lists ready just in case. ymmv but combining both can save u some headaches and keep your scraping steady.
