Been doing this 3 years and honestly that sums it up pretty well. The slower proxies tend to be more stable but you're sacrificing speed, which can be a pain if you're doing a lot of scraping. Paying for better proxies usually means less risk of blocks but the riskier ones might push your luck too far. It's always a balancing act, bruh.
